Zachary Butz

Wolf, McDermott, Depue

Zach Butz is a Grand Island native, graduating from Grand Island Senior High in 2005. Zach received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Zach joined the firm of Wolf, McDermott, Depue in 2017 and was promoted to partner in 2020. Previously, he worked in Business Affairs for NBCUniversal International Studios in Los Angeles.

Zach is active in the community, having served on the board of directors for the Heartland United Way (former Chair), the Grand Island Public Schools foundation (former Chair), and Central Nebraska Humane Society. He also serves on the board of directors for the Railside Business Improvement District, and is grateful the opportunity to provide professional services to other non-profits in the area.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys attempting to play golf, and spending time with his wife Chelsey and their two children.
