The Inaugural Women Who Care - Hall County Group

A Simple Approach to Meaningful Giving

Women Who Care - Hall County is a giving circle founded in 2026 by local women who believe in the power of collective giving.

We gather four times a year for short, focused meetings where members learn about local nonprofits and vote to make one meaningful gift together. 

No long-term volunteering. No complicated process. Just a simple, intentional way to give back right here in Hall County. 

How It Works

1. Nominate	2. Learn
Members can nominate a local nonprofit they care about.	At each meeting, three organizations are randomly selected. The women who nominate these organizations then come up and present about them.
3. Vote	4. Give
Members then vote by a digital ballot. The nonprofit with the majority vote will receive the donation. .	Each member contributes, and one nonprofit receives a meaningful collective gift.

Meetings last about one hour and are held quarterly around Hall County. 

The first gift, with a preliminary total of $15,050, was awarded to the Hall County Historical Society.

How to Join

1. Complete your commitment form

We ask all new members to complete a commitment form when they join. Current members must complete a new form each year. 

2. RSVP for a meeting

This is the most fun part: the actual meeting! Whether you're a member or just coming to check it out, we ask everyone to RSVP beforehand.

3. Pay your quarterly dues

Joining Women Who Care - Hall County is simple. Members commit to $100 per quarter, or $50 per quarter for members under 40. You can pay one quarter at a time, or up to four quarters in advance. We encourage members to pay their dues before the meeting so we have a better idea what the final grant total will be. 

Payments can be made online through our secure donor portal or via check. You can bring your check to the meeting or directly to the Foundation. Cash is not accepted. 

4. Show up and make an impact

Once you've completed your commitment form, RSVP, and paid your dues, you're officially ready to participate!
