Teresa Grabowski is Co-Owner and President for Nova-Tech, Inc., a small family-owned business located in Grand Island, NE.  Founded in 1988 by her mother Gloria Thesenvitz, Nova-Tech is an FDA regulated manufacturer dedicated to Animal Health Pharmaceuticals.

As President and 28-year veteran of the company, Teresa provides overall direction and guidance to the operational and administrative activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability.  She focuses on developing successful, long-lasting customer relationships by providing the best quality product and excellent customer care. In addition to her day-to-day leadership and management of the GMP aseptic filling manufacturing facility, she participates in the evaluation of new business and new product development.

A Wood River native and resident of Cairo, Teresa has a clear passion for the importance of supporting our local communities. She actively participates in local organizations and events such as Toys-for-Tots, GO BIG GIVE, the Nebraska State Fair, AKSARBEN, Cairo CornStalk Festival, and numerous church committees.  She is currently serving on the First National Bank of Omaha Community Board and will begin her second term as a Board Member at Centura Public School.

Teresa spends her free time with her husband Joe and daughters Jordyn and Taylor.  Both girls are currently attending college.  The family enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacationing, and fishing.
