This workshop will define what makes a great board, clarify the roles and responsibilities of board members, and provide practical tools to engage each board member to use their own unique contributions to support the mission. It will:
- provide practical tools to support all phases of board membership
- cover identification, recruitment, onboarding, continuous learning, and staying connected after a board term ends.
- include applicable takeaways like a committee report template, board attributes list and matrix, and ambassadorship guide.
Board members are encouraged to attend along with nonprofit staff!
