  • Applicant must have been a resident of Sherman County at least one year during high school

  Requirements:

  • Applicant must be enrolled in a post-graduate college in a minimum of a two-year program to obtain an advanced degree
  • The applicant may be enrolled in online courses and does not have to be enrolled as a full-time post-graduate student
