Amy is proud to call Grand Island, Nebraska, her hometown. She graduated from Grand Island Senior High and the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resource Management. Amy joined the Greater Grand Island Community Foundation as Program Officer in June, 2018.

Amy has worked within the Business Sector of Grand Island, bringing to the Foundation a background in project management, human resource management, and accounting. Amy brings a passion to serve, and has served on various boards in the Grand Island community, including Central Plains Red Cross, Association of Child Abuse Prevention, St. Francis Auxiliary, Crane Meadows, and the Newcomer’s Association.

Amy and her husband, Todd, have four children—Hannah, Emma, Hayden, and Owen. In Amy’s spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, nature, exploring new foods and cultures, and travel.
