Matt Maser is an attorney at Koley Jessen and a native of Sutton, Nebraska. Matt also serves as general counsel for Speedway Motors and Speedway Properties.  Matt graduated with high distinction from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1994 and earned his law degree with distinction from the University of Nebraska in 1997.  Matt focuses his law practice on mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisition, development, finance and management and general business and corporate law.  Matt has extensive experience in purchasing and selling businesses of all sizes in a variety of industries including the senior living, insurance, logistics and gaming industries and has assisted clients in the purchase, development, management and sale of real estate throughout Nebraska and the United States. 

Matt is currently a member of the Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation Board of Trustees, a member of the Fonner Park Executive Board, a member of the Stuhr Museum Operating Board, a Knight of Aksarben Councilor and a University of Nebraska Foundation Trustee.  Matt previously served on the board of directors of the Grand Island Central Catholic Foundation, Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska and Riverside Golf Club.

Matt and his wife Kristen have three children, Katie, Carolyn and Will.  In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time traveling to and watching his kids sporting activities, spending time at the lake and vacationing with his family.
