Dee Price

Dee Price is a retired State Farm Insurance Agent business owner and is an active community leader. Her experience includes serving as a past chair for several organizations to include St. Francis Medical Center, Heartland United Way, YWCA, Crisis Center, the Regional Planning Commission and Harvest of Harmony.

Dee and her husband, Jim, are past chairs of the 2011/2012 Heartland United Way Campaign and Dee served as Vice President of the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce Board. Additional board commitments include Goodwill Industries, Goodwill Industries Foundation, GI National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Board and Grand Island Rotary. Dee has been a longtime Rotarian and served on Resurrection Catholic Church committees and was a Lector.

Dee has received many honors, including the BPW Woman of Achievement, 2006 YWCA Woman of Distinction, 2012 United Way President's Award and numerous insurance industry awards over the years.

Dee graduated with a Bachelor of Science with honors in Business at the University of Nebraska. Dee is married to Jim Price, and has four children, Nick and Kelly Price and Katie and B.J. Glover. Dee also has two grandchildren, Burke and J.D. Price.

Dee loves her family and loves to help people. She is a business woman and is passionate about volunteering.
