The gROw Fund

This designated fund was established by Brian and Erin Dunagan to provide charitable support for equipment and medical supplies to help with development to improve the quality of life for children with special needs.

When the Dunagan’s daughter Rowan was diagnosed in 2013 with Bilateral Perisylvian Polymicrogyria, a rare brain abnormality, the Dunagans were devastated. Like any good parents, they just wanted to see their daughter grow up, play, run, be happy, and enjoy life to the fullest. As time went on they began to accept the situation that they found themselves in and thanked God for the blessings they have. In turn they wanted to help other children with special needs and decided to establish the gROw fund with the Grand Island Community Foundation in 2015. Since then the gROw fund has grown with the help of many donors wishing to make a difference in the lives of others.
